Your payment schedule will be customized to meet your pay schedule. Unless you choose to pay by cashier’s check or money order, your payments will be debited from your account on your pay dates. We will send helpful reminders when you have a payment coming due.

Blue Mountain Loans offers installment loans of between $100 and $1200. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will review your application and qualify you for an amount based on your current income. Sometimes you may not receive as large a loan as you would like; but our goal is to help you. As a responsible lender we understand what our customers can comfortably repay. We don’t want to loan you more money than you can afford.

Our interest rates are competitive and in accordance with Tribal and federal laws. The loans have a maximum APR of 660% but you may qualifier for a lower rate based on your credit history or prior performance.

Blue Mountain Loans is committed to working with our customers to help you succeed in repaying your loan. We are also dedicated to professionally, fairly, and lawfully collecting past due accounts. If we do not timely receive a payment, or if your payment is returned by your bank, we will contact you. It is your responsibility to make sure that we have accurate contact information for you at all times. There is a returned payment fee of $30.00 on all refused instruments. Please understand that your bank may also charge an additional fee for returns. You are responsible for paying your account in full, including any late fees, refused instrument fees, or additional interest due as a result from a partial, late or missed payment. Once you have fully repaid your existing loan, you may qualify to receive another loan. as soon as your final payment has cleared.

ACH services enable us to electronically collect payments from our customers for either one-time or recurring payments by directly debiting our customer’s checking or saving accounts.

You may qualify to refinance your existing loan with Blue Mountain Loans to get additional funds if your account is in good standing and you have successfully made at least 50% of the payments set forth on the payment schedule in your Loan Agreement. Installment loan are loans with a fixed repayment schedule. Payments are divided into approximately equal installments of both interest and principal with payment dates personalized to match your pay schedule. These loans provide our customers with an easy and affordable way to meet obligations while enjoying a longer repayment period. Blue Mountain Loans specializes in helping people in times of financial need by providing installment loans of up to $1200.00, with no collateral, with repayment periods of up to 12 months.

Your payment schedule will be customized to meet your pay schedule. If you authorize electronic payments, your payments will be debited from your bank account on your pay dates – whether that is weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly. Or you may choose to repay your loan by cashier’s check or money order as long as each payment is received on or before the due date set forth in your loan agreement. Blue Mountain Loans installment loans are not available to residents of all states and state availability may change from time to time without notice. Currently, residents of Arkansas, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Virginia, District of Columbia and West Virginia are not eligible to receive a loan from Blue Mountain Loans.

Loans that are approved and accepted by 6 p.m. Pacific Time Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays, for funding to a debit card, may be funded as soon as the same day. Loans that are approved and accepted, after 6 p.m. Pacific Time Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays, as well as all loans approved and accepted for funding via ACH, are typically funded the following business day. Note that errors in your application, particularly with bank routing and account numbers, may impact our ability to fund and cause delays. In some cases, a customer service representative may contact you to verify your information before we can finalize and approve your loan. The maximum loan amount for your initial loan is $1,200. Not everyone will be eligible for, or approved for the maximum loan amount. We provide complete disclosures of APR, fees and payment terms in your consumer Loan Agreement.

You acknowledge that by completing and submitting a website application that you are applying for a Loan. We verify applicant information through national databases such as, but not limited to, Clarity, Experian, TransUnion, FactorTrust, DataX, and Equifax and we may pull your credit in order to determine your eligibility and ability to repay.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a very expensive form of borrowing. Blue Mountain Loans installment loans are designed to assist you in meeting your short-term borrowing needs and are not intended to be a long-term financial solution. Blue Mountain Loans does not charge prepayment penalties. Prompt repayment of your loan will reduce the overall cost associated with borrowing and is strongly recommended.
